UFA — Urgent Fast assistance
UFA is an ambulance interface intended for quick registering of a patient’s vital signs during an emergency and prior to arrival at the hospital. UFA allows to record vitals such as body temperature, blood pressure, pulse rate, respiratory rate and blood oxygen levels – all of these are crucial indicators of a patient’s health and the first data to be collated during emergencies.
Basic information regarding patient background can also be inserted and there is also a dedicated space where a detailed written report can be inserted (this may include any possible complications or special information, for example).
All UFA’s data is sent instantaneously to the hospital electronic system, which facilitates A&E arrivals and organisation of staffs on wards – this way, medical staff can be more easily tailored to meet incoming urgent (and often specialised) needs.
